Terms of Service

The rules for using Dime Dime Baby AI, buying credits and sharing the videos you make.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dime Dime Baby AI at dimedimebabyai.fun (the "Service"), operated by Dime Dime Baby AI ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and to buy credits.

2. What the Service does

The Service creates a short AI video from a photo you upload: the person in your photo is placed into a dance clip inspired by the viral "Dime Dime Baby" trend. Results are generated by AI, vary with the photo you use, and may contain imperfections.

The Service is an independent fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by KAROL G, her labels, TikTok, CapCut, or the people and creators in the original clip.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@dimedimebabyai.fun if you think someone else has used it.

4. Photos you upload

By uploading a photo you confirm that:

  • you own the photo or have permission to use it;
  • every person in the photo is an adult (18+) who agreed to appear in an AI video;
  • the photo does not show a celebrity or public figure without their permission.

You must not upload photos of children, nude or sexual images, or images meant to harass, bully, defame, deceive or impersonate anyone. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep your rights in your photos. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to create your videos and run the Service.

5. Videos you create

You may download your videos and share them for personal and social media use, including TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You are responsible for how you share them. Do not present a video as real footage of a real event, and follow each platform's rules on labelling AI-generated content.

Videos are delivered without music. If you add a song or sound, make sure you are allowed to use it on the platform where you post.

6. Credits and payments

  • Making a video uses credits. Each video costs the number of credits shown next to the Generate button.
  • Credits are sold in one-time packs through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change, but never for a pack you have already bought.
  • Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value.
  • If a video fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer it, scrape it, get around payments or credit limits, or use it to break the law or anyone else's rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and its software belong to us. The original viral clip belongs to its creator, and names such as TikTok and "BbY WOW" belong to their owners; we use them only to describe the trend.

9. Suspension and ending the Service

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@dimedimebabyai.fun.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that every result will look the way you expect.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and if a change is significant we will tell you on the website. Using the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
